Efi's Rooms & Studios befinden sich in Pollonia, im Ortsteil Pelekouda. Pollonia ist von Adamas rund 10 km, vom Flughafen rund 12 km entfernt. Der Strand von Pollonia befindet sich nur etwa 150 m vom Haus entfernt.

Im Erdgeschoss liegen 5 großzügige, individuell möblierte Studios, die für 2 bis 4 Personen geeignet sind. Efi's Studios haben natürlich ein eigenes Bad, eine Kochgelegenheit, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, TV und Telefon sowie kostenlosen DSL-Internetzugang. Außerdem zählen zur Ausstattung nützliche Dinge wie Wasserkocher, Toaster, Ventilator und Haartrockner.

Jedes Studio hat eine große, üppig begrünte und schattige Veranda. Gäste können außerdem den Grill auf der Veranda nutzen.

Zusätzlich gibt es noch Efi's Rooms. Diese 4 Zimmer liegen im Obergeschoss, haben einen eigenen Balkon und weisen bis auf die Küche ansonsten die gleichen Merkmale auf wie die Studios.

Alle Studios und Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Es gibt eigene Parkplätze vor dem Haus, außerdem besteht eine Kooperation mit einer Autovermietung.

Efi's Rooms & Studios are located in Pollonia / Pelekouda, about 10 km from Adamas and 12 km from Milos airport. The beach of Pollonia is only 150 m away from the house.

There are 5 large, individually furnished studios for 2-4 persons on the ground floor. These studios have a bathroom, a cooking place, fridge, air condition, TV, telephone and free ADSL internet access. They are fully equipped with useful things like toast machine, electric kettle, fan and hair dryer.

All studios have large green and cool verandas. The guests have the possibility to use the barbecue on their private veranda.

In addition there are 4 rooms with own balcony on the first floor. These rooms have the same benefits like the studios, except the kitchen.

Daily cleaning of all studios and rooms is included. A private parking lot is located directly near the house. Rental cars can be provided.
